- Information you give us directly. When you contact us through our website, by email, by phone, or in conversation, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number, organization, and the content of your message.
- Information within the products we operate. BTE Global builds and operates business software. Where a business uses one of our products to manage its own relationships, that business enters contact records and communication history, which we process on its behalf.
We do not buy, rent, or import third-party marketing lists, and we do not collect phone numbers from anyone who has not provided them to us directly.

- To respond to inquiries and provide the information or service you requested.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our services.
- To send account, relationship, and follow-up communications by email or text message, where the recipient has agreed to receive them.

4. SMS / text messaging
BTE Global may send text messages to individuals who have agreed to receive them. This section describes how that works.
Consent
We send text messages only to individuals who have given prior express consent to be contacted at their mobile number. Consent is obtained directly from the individual, in the course of a business relationship or inquiry, and is recorded on that person's contact record. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase or service.
Types of messages and frequency
Messages are conversational and relationship-based: replies to your inquiries, follow-ups, scheduling, reminders, and account updates relevant to your relationship with BTE Global. Message frequency varies.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-out and help
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will not send you further text messages except to confirm your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or email info@bte-ai.com.
Mobile information is never shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing. We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers. We use trusted vendors to operate our services, such as hosting, database, email, and messaging providers. They may process information only to provide services to us and are bound to protect it. As stated above, mobile opt-in and consent information is never shared with third parties.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BTE Global, our customers, or others.
6. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain the business relationship, and meet our legal obligations. When you opt out of messaging, we retain a record of that opt-out so we can continue to honor it.
